How do I check the status of my order?

Independent sellers process orders, so please ask the seller about your order’s status and other details.

How does the complaints procedure work?

The purchaser can complain under the warranty or guarantee if the purchased goods are defective. The detailed rules are governed by the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.

In order to carry out the complaint procedure quickly and efficiently, please provide the seller with the following information:

– proof of purchase,

– the name and quantity of the defective products

– a detailed description of the defect (e.g.: date of discovery of the defect, type of defect, type and extent of repair work carried out after installation, conditions and period of use, type of separated rooms, and others)

– photographs of labels from the packaging or from the product

– photographs illustrating the defect (maximum of 3 photographs of each product)

Is it possible to order doors directly from Erkado, preferably with installation?

We do not conduct retail sales and do not provide assembly services. Our retail and service activity is conducted by points of sale.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times are dependent on the product range, the retailer’s logistics and other factors that are beyond Erkado’s control, so please ask at your chosen door retailer for details.

When to choose a door?

We offer various types of doors, e.g. rebated, non-rebated, reversible, and others. Door frames differ in height and width, among other things, so it is best to choose the type of door at the stage of construction work, suggesting dimensions from the catalog. The color and model of the door can be chosen later, i.e. before placing the order.
