7. Other Forms of Personal Data Processing
Your personal data may be shared with entities that provide us with IT, legal, or marketing services. In addition, your data may also be transferred to entities authorized to receive such data under applicable laws.
8. Duration of Personal Data Processing
Your personal data submitted via the contact form will be processed for the time necessary to respond to your inquiry — but no longer than 1 year from the date of receipt, or until you raise a legitimate objection to the processing. In the event of a dispute regarding the lawfulness of data processing, your data will be retained until the matter is resolved. Furthermore, if you send us your CV, your personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent or for a maximum of one year from the date your CV is received.
9. Rights of the Data Subject
You have the right to:
- Access your data and receive a copy of it;
- Rectify any inaccurate personal data;
- Complete incomplete personal data (taking into account the purposes of processing);
- Transfer your personal data — if the processing is based on your consent and carried out by automated means;
- Object to the processing of your personal data where such processing is based on our legitimate interests;
- Request the erasure of your personal data — in cases where the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed; if the data subject has withdrawn consent; if the data subject objects to processing pursuant to Article 21(1) GDPR and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing; if the data subject objects to processing pursuant to Article 21(2) GDPR; if the data has been processed unlawfully; or if the data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law;
- Request restriction of processing — when the accuracy of the data is contested (for a period allowing us to verify the data); when the processing is unlawful but the data subject opposes erasure and requests restriction instead; when the data is no longer needed for processing purposes but is required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims; or when the data subject objects pursuant to Article 21(1) GDPR (pending verification of whether our legitimate grounds override those of the data subject).
If the legal basis for data processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.
We make every effort to process your personal data in accordance with the law. However, if you believe we have violated your rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
10. Changes to the Privacy Policy
The rules set forth in this privacy policy may be periodically updated or amended by publishing a new version on our Website.
