According to the regulations, the original declaration is kept by the manufacturer. A copy may be given to the purchaser together with the product, sent by e-mail, or posted on the website. 

The declaration covers doors of similar construction. A new model (structurally similar) can be created after issuing a declaration, which cannot be changed without good reason, i.e. for a door of a different type.

According to the Building Act, doors intended for communication must have a declaration of performance. Technical doors (e.g.: fire doors) additionally have a certificate of constancy of performance. Declarations can be downloaded at www.erkado.pl.

The tint of toughened milk glass (SHM) and laminated milk glass (VSG) is noticeably different

Clean the glass with a clean, soft damp cloth of suede or cellulose. It is permissible to use professional cleaning products designed for cleaning glass. Apply the substance only on the cloth. Protect from excessive wetting. Using agents that create a risk of scratching the surface is prohibited.

The clearance should be approximately 9mm. The tolerance is +/-3mm. 

According to the standard, internal doors are used to separate rooms intended for permanent residence, i.e. rooms and living quarters. A separate category is the entrance door, e.g. from the stairwell. 

Correct installation ensures the correct functioning of the door for a long time. In the course of use, it is sometimes necessary to adjust the leaf, which is not covered by the guarantee. Hence the Guarantor, the dealer, or the fitter is not obliged to carry out a free-of-charge adjustment. 

The installation and adjustment of doors should only be commissioned to qualified groups/persons with experience in the installation of joinery. 

This is the colloquial term for a lock without a keyhole. Only the keyhole for the handle is made at the factory. The absence of a keyhole excludes the installation of a key/insert escutcheon. 

ERKADO door frames are mounted on a finished floor or its anticipated height. For practical reasons, it is much better to install the frame on a finished floor.
