Can I obtain the original declaration (attestation)?
According to the regulations, the original declaration is kept by the manufacturer. A copy may be given to the purchaser together with the product, sent by e-mail, or posted on the website.
Why is the name of the door (model) not on the certificate (declaration, certificate)?
The declaration covers doors of similar construction. A new model (structurally similar) can be created after issuing a declaration, which cannot be changed without good reason, i.e. for a door of a different type.
What certificates (declarations, approvals) are required?
According to the Building Act, doors intended for communication must have a declaration of performance. Technical doors (e.g.: fire doors) additionally have a certificate of constancy of performance. Declarations can be downloaded at www.erkado.pl.
