How does the complaints procedure work?
The purchaser can complain under the warranty or guarantee if the purchased goods are defective. The detailed rules are governed by the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
In order to carry out the complaint procedure quickly and efficiently, please provide the seller with the following information:
– proof of purchase,
– the name and quantity of the defective products
– a detailed description of the defect (e.g.: date of discovery of the defect, type of defect, type and extent of repair work carried out after installation, conditions and period of use, type of separated rooms, and others)
– photographs of labels from the packaging or from the product
– photographs illustrating the defect (maximum of 3 photographs of each product)
