ERKADO’s “P” series manufactured exterior doors combine innovation with the traditional beauty of wood. Thanks to a modern approach to construction, these doors offer exceptional durability, aesthetics and comfort that you can count on for many years.

Unlike classic panel doors, in which the leaf is formed from many separate components, the “P” technology is based on a wooden monolith. This eliminates a number of typical problems: the door does not warp, does not crack at the joints and does not show uneven coloring. This is a construction that retains its ideal shape and appearance despite the passage of time and changing weather conditions.

The inside of the leaf is a well-thought-out construction of a wooden truss, filled with polyurethane foam. Thanks to this, the door effectively insulates both from the cold and external noise. The whole is reinforced with a wooden frame with additional reinforcements: steel sheet and “C” profile. On the outside, waterproof plywood is used to protect the door from moisture and mechanical damage.

Aesthetics is another asset of these doors. You can choose from three noble types of wood: exotic meranti, classic oak and light and versatile pine. Each of these materials is distinguished by a unique grain pattern, which gives the door an individual character. This can be complemented by a wooden or aluminum threshold with a thermal barrier – both versions are durable and blend well with the whole.

The standard kit includes everything you need for security and convenience: two independent bolt locks, four adjustable hinges in three planes, and an anti-theft rebate. An additional feature is the REFLEX BRONZE glazing package – a subtle glazing that combines functionality with elegance.
