“P” technology is based on the processing of a wooden monolith – a revolutionary approach to the production of exterior doors. Unlike classic panel doors, which are made up of many elements, the ERKADO model is uniform, so there are no typical problems such as: cassette splitting, veneer cracking, leaf warping or uneven coloring. Such a construction guarantees durability for many years and an elegant appearance regardless of the passage of time.

What’s inside the sash is also impressive. The wood truss has been filled with polyurethane foam – a lightweight but highly effective insulator of heat and sound. This makes the door friendly in both winter and summer. The frame was reinforced with sheet metal and “C” profile, which increases stability and resistance to mechanical damage. The whole is closed by an external sheathing made of waterproof plywood – protecting against moisture and harsh weather conditions.

ERKADO offers three variants of wood: exotic meranti, which is distinguished by its intense color and hardness, timeless oak with a distinctive grain pattern, and classic light pine. You can also choose the type of threshold – wooden or aluminum with a thermal barrier, depending on your preferences and the style of your facade.
