Forteca security doors
Entrance doors should not only be the showcase of a house or flat, but also dampen outside noise, protect against the cold and constitute a difficult obstacle for burglars to overcome. They usually have an RC2 or RC3 resistance class, which means they can ‘defend’ themselves against an intruder equipped with simple tools for several to even several minutes.
The Forteca series doors meet all these requirements. They are mounted on a fixed, rebated door frame (wooden or steel) with four adjustable 2-pin hinges. They also have four anti-burglary bolts, a hard threshold made of wood or stainless steel, and a strip lock equipped with two hook bolts, an upper lock and a lower anti-burglary lock. The door frame has four adjustable strike plates. The door leaf is 46 mm thick. It has a glued wood frame construction. Inside, there is a solid panel, additionally reinforced with steel sheet, which ensures sound insulation of 37 dB. The door can be equipped with a peephole and finished with Finish, Greko, Premium or CPL veneer in any colour and texture.
