“P” technology is an innovative approach to door manufacturing. Instead of the classic folding of the leaf from many fragments, a uniform monolith of wood is used here. This eliminates the risk of deformation, cracks or uneven discoloration. The leaf is compact, durable and smooth – it presents itself elegantly and does not change its form over the years, even with intensive use.

The interior of the leaf hides a truss of wood filled with polyurethane foam – this solution provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. Additional reinforcement is a frame made of wood, supplemented with steel sheet and “C” profile, which increases resistance to mechanical damage. From the outside, the door is protected by waterproof plywood, resistant to moisture and changing weather conditions.

ERKADO offers a choice of three wood variants: exotic meranti – ideal for lovers of original shades, classic oak – timeless and elegant, and pine – light, natural and versatile. The manufacturer also offers two variants of thresholds: wooden or aluminum with a thermal baffle – both durable and functional.

The standard set of ERKADO doors includes two bolt locks, four hinges adjustable in three planes and an anti-burglary rebate, which increases resistance to burglary.
