ERKADO exterior doors made with “P” technology are synonymous with a modern approach to the classic elegance of wood. It is a solution that cuts away from outdated methods based on panels, offering a homogeneous surface, durability and unprecedented resistance to deformation and damage.

Unlike wings glued from many elements, ERKADO doors are made from a single monolith, which is then properly formed and supplemented with hardware, reinforcements and security features. As a result, the whole not only looks noble, but also works flawlessly for many years, without the usual pains such as warping, cracking at joints or splitting of elements.

At the heart of the structure is a wood truss filled with polyurethane foam – guaranteeing a high level of thermal insulation and soundproofing. The whole is surrounded by a wood frame, which has been additionally reinforced with sheet metal and a “C” profile, ensuring greater stability of the structure. From the outside, the door is covered with waterproof plywood, which protects it from moisture and changing weather conditions.

For ERKADO, appearance is also important – so you can choose the wood variant that best reflects the character of your home: meranti with exotic coloration, classic oak or pleasing pine. Then there is the choice of a threshold – a modern aluminum one with a thermal barrier or a traditional wooden one, depending on your preferences.

The door comes standard with a REFLEX BRONZE glazing package, which adds to the overall elegance while increasing privacy. Security is taken care of by two independent bolt locks and four hinges adjustable in three planes. An additional anti-burglary rebate on the hinge side effectively increases resistance to burglary attempts.
