Among door installers, hinges are the number one talking point when it comes to non-rebated doors — and for good reason. Cheaper, less precise alternatives tend to allow the door leaf to drop after just a few months. The leaf starts rubbing against the frame, the magnetic lock no longer operates correctly, and the installer has to return to the customer to fix something that should have worked properly from the outset.

The hinges used in our non-rebated doors are specifically engineered to prevent this problem. They offer full adjustment in three dimensions: up and down (height), left and right (lateral position), and in and out (compression against the seal). All adjustments can be made using a simple Allen key, without removing the door leaf.

A complete doorset usually includes two or three concealed hinges, depending on the selected configuration. This ensures even load distribution and stable door alignment for years to come.
