Unlike traditional panel doors, which can lose their shape and consistency over time, ERKADO doors are made from a single piece of wood – a monolith. Such a construction eliminates the most common problems: coffers splitting, warping, cracking of joints or waving of veneers. You gain a door that not only looks beautiful, but is also resistant to changing weather conditions.

The sash structure is based on a truss of wood filled with polyurethane foam. This material not only stiffens the structure, but also provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. As a result, the door effectively protects against cold, noise and heat loss. An additional layer of protection is provided by a wood frame reinforced with a steel sheet and a “C” profile, and the whole is completed by an external waterproof plywood – durable and resistant to moisture.

You can choose from three versions of wood finish: exotic meranti – ideal for lovers of deep color, elegant oak – for classic enthusiasts, and light, cozy pine – for supporters of naturalness. The manufacturer also allows you to choose a threshold – it can be an aluminum one with a thermal barrier or a wooden one – both versions guarantee durability and tightness.

The standard door set includes two bolt locks, four hinges adjustable in three planes, and an anti-balance rebate. In addition, the door is equipped with a REFLEX BRONZE glazing package – glass that gives it lightness, lets in natural light, but does not sacrifice providing privacy.
