ERKADO exterior doors, made with “P” technology, are an option for those who value reliability, functionality and timeless design. Thanks to the modern production process, which uses a wooden monolith, these doors are distinguished by durability and resistance, which is not provided by traditional panel models.

The technology used eliminates the need to join the elements – the whole is formed as a coherent structure, which avoids many problems: warping of doors, splitting of coffers, cracks and uneven discoloration. The result is a smooth, aesthetically pleasing surface that maintains an impeccable appearance and stability over the years.

Just as important as what is seen on the outside is what is hidden inside the sash. The structure is based on a truss of wood, filled with polyurethane foam – a material with excellent insulation properties. This solution makes ERKADO doors provide high thermal comfort and effective soundproofing. Additional durability is provided by a wood frame, reinforced with steel sheet and “C” profile. The whole is enclosed in waterproof plywood, resistant to moisture and extreme temperatures.

The availability of three types of wood – exotic meranti, solid oak and light pine – allows the door to fully match the style of the building. ERKADO also gives you the option of choosing the type of threshold: an aluminum one with a thermal barrier or a traditional wooden one – both solutions are solid and durable.
