DURABLE CPL LAMINATE

ST CPL, CPL 0.2 and CPL 0.7

CPL veneer consists of a decorative layer impregnated with resins and a backing layer that provides flexibility. After the lamination process, the top layer (resin) is hardened, giving it high resistance to scratches and abrasion. It is characterised by high resistance to impact, abrasion, scratches, high temperatures and UV radiation.

The use of this type of material allows the doors to be used in so-called ‘difficult’ rooms [exposed to higher temperatures, moisture or above-average wear and tear]. Laminate thickness approx.: ST CPL – 0.15 mm, CPL 0.2 – 0.2 mm and CPL 0.7 – 0.7 mm. Due to its exceptional hardness, CPL 0.7 laminate is used only on the door leaf surface. Door leaves covered with CPL 0.2 and CPL 0.7 laminates have a door leaf edge made of ABS, a very strong PVC material.
ST CPL veneer in white, light grey, cappuccino and black decors has been refined with an
AntiFinger coating that reduces dirt and fingerprints.

RICHLY DECORATED AND DURABLE PREMIUM VENEER

PREMIUM

Premium veneer is a product based on polypropylene (PP), a material with very high resistance to abrasion and scratches, and at the same time with high visual qualities. It gives door leaves a noble appearance and individual profile, and faithfully reproduces natural wood. Premium veneer is impressive not only for its appearance but also for its functionality, as it is extremely scratch-resistant, flame-retardant and protected against abrasion. These features mean that products from the PREMIUM line, thanks to their properties, guarantee long-term trouble-free use even in difficult operating conditions.

ECOLOGICAL AND EXTREMELY EFFECTIVE GREKO FILM

Greko veneer is also a pre-impregnated film, which means it is printed and then coated with a varnish with the desired properties. The use of refining finishing layers affects the surface resistance and flexibility of the product. The silicone content in the varnish makes the film more resistant.
Greko veneer is manufactured on the basis of a high-density Japanese substrate, which is non-resinous. This makes the film environmentally friendly and safe for health, people and the environment, both during production and use, as well as during disposal. It does not contain formaldehyde or other harmful substances. What distinguishes Greko film from others is its unique design. It features a high-quality surface with a natural wood effect (3D effect). The decors are strikingly similar to wood.
