Product description

Doors made of steel sheet, protected by PVC laminate, which is characterized by high resistance to changing weather conditions, UV radiation. The use of high-quality materials, guarantees not only aesthetics, but also durability and safety for years.

There are four types of designs for you to choose from:

  • THERMO HOT 88 with thermal insulation of Ud=0.60 W/(m2K) and sash thickness of 88 mm
  • THERMO HOT 78 with thermal insulation of Ud=0.63 W/(m2K) and sash thickness of 78 mm
  • THERMO 78 with thermal insulation of Ud=0.64 W/(m2K) and leaf thickness of 78 mm
  • THERMO 64 with thermal insulation of Ud=0.77 W/(m2K) and leaf thickness of 64 mm

Finishing options:

  • LABEL BLACK – decorative panel 2 mm thick painted black placed on the surface of the leaf creating a delicate 3D effect.
  • LABEL INOX – a decorative panel with a thickness of 2 mm in INOX finish placed on the surface of the leaf creating a delicate 3D effect.

All models are RC2-rated, and also meet the requirements of the “Clean Air” program.

Design

  • door leaf filled with polyurethane (PUR) foam,
  • Leaf sheathing made of 0.6 mm thick galvanized steel sheet covered with UV-resistant PVC laminate,
  • Sash frame made of glued wood (pine wood),
  • 3D adjustable three-post hinge,
  • thermal insulation bezel, provides an aesthetic finish and guarantees high thermal insulation,
  • warm aluminum threshold,
  • A drop seal (optional at an extra charge) provides additional sealing of the door in the threshold section,
  • The threshold rebate (the so-called fourth rebate) significantly improves the tightness of the door around the perimeter of the leaf,
  • Aluminum hinge covers in black, silver or old gold (standard),
  • Aluminum or steel frame.

Standard equipment

Door leaf with four-sided rebate, with glulam frame, filled with PUR foam equipped with:

  • 3 3D adjustable hinges and covers,
  • 4 anti-balance pins,
  • Slat lock with 3-point locking,
  • thermal insulation grilles.

Aluminum frame, painted black and laminated in the color of the door leaf, equipped with a warm aluminum threshold and full striker bar with pressure adjustment for doors made with THERMO HOT technology.

Steel frame, galvanized and laminated in the color of the door leaf, equipped with a warm aluminum threshold for doors made with THERMO technology.

Four-pane glass packages with ESG tempered glass from the outside. The glazing packages use a black frame as standard.

DOOR DIMENSIONS

Customized dimensions of the door including the frame available:

  • Widths ranging from 770 mm to 1210 mm in 10 mm increments,
  • Heights in the range of 1800 mm to 2480 mm in 10 mm increments.
  • the dimensions of the glass within the decorative panel for a door of standard size 90 are 100/160(narrowest/widest point) x 1800 mm
