HERSE SET AKUSTIC with a fixed and adjustable frame and any available threshold has an acoustic insulation of Rw = 39dB.
The HERSE SET doors in PACKAGES GOLD and SILVER are assembled as a unit with a mounted threshold and in the GOLD package have a hole for mounting the handle and top bar.

- timber frame covered with two HDF boards
- specially designed solid core filling
- robust steel channel section reinforcement and additionally steel plate reinforcement for Rw = 39dB
- additional seal in the door leaf
FINISHING
- door leaf edge made in the STANDARD technology
- CPL 0.2 & 0.7 laminates available only with the STANDARD edge with the ABS edging in the same colour as the door leaf only or, for an additional charge, with a standard black edge
- STANDARD edge faced with an edging in the same colour as the door leaf or optionally, plain black edging (transverse NATUR OAK PREMIUM, black edge with a transverse structure)
- custom order with the lower lock only as an option
- factory cut by up to 8 cm for an additional charge
- side and top panels glued to the wall (only for the adjustable door frame with an 8 cm square) and panels integrated with door frame
HARDWARE
- three silver 2-pin hinges ∅ 16; 3D adjustable
- two 3-pin Class 2 rated security locks with a thumb turn (optionally only lower) three hinge bolts on the hinge side
- 3 security bolts on the hinge side
- possibility to apply an arm door closer
- lower lock PZ centre is 72 mm
- optionally, a bolt strip lock with two cores, for an extra charge
