GENERAL INFORMATION
- HERSE SET doors are designed for public and residential buildings as internal entrance doors (does not apply to "80N" width)
- HERSE SET with a fixed and adjustable frame and with any available threshold has a sound insulation of Rw = 32dB or Rw=39dB for an extra charge
- HERSE SET doors in GOLD and SILVER PACKAGES are assembled as a whole with installed threshold and in GOLD package have mounting holes for handle and top bar
CONSTRUCTION
- wooden and MDF frame covered with two HDF boards
- filling with specialised solid panel
- reinforced with massive steel channel section
- leaf thickness 46 mm
- additional seal in the sash
FINISHING
- door-leaf edge made in SOFT or STANDARD technology
- CPL 0.2 and 0.7 laminates available only in STANDARD edge, which is covered with ABS edging only in the same color as the leaf, or for an extra charge with standard black edging)
- inserts (inlay) in colors: brushed steel, black and Oak CPL of width 8 mm or 220 mm flush with the surface of the leaf, appearing on both sides of the leaf
- STANDARD edge veneered with edge banding in the same color as the leaf or optionally in black smooth color (in larch decor larch transverse decors black edging with transverse structure)
- factory shortened to 8 cm
- option to order only with bottom lock
FITTINGS
- three silver 2-pin ∅16 hinges with 3D adjustment (2D with steel frame)
- two anti-burglary three bolt locks in class 2 for patent cylinder (optional choice of bottom lock only)
- 3 anti-balance pins on the hingeóside;
- possibility of using arm door closer
- bottom locking distance 72 mm
- optionally available with extra charge strip lock for two inserts bolt
